This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund, and the process we follow to handle such requests fairly and efficiently. We ask that you read it carefully before making any purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Request submitted within 14 days of purchase date
  • Less than 10% of course content has been accessed or watched
  • No course materials, PDFs, or attachments have been downloaded
  • No completion certificate has been issued or downloaded

  • Request submitted after 14 days from the purchase date
  • More than 10% of the course has been watched or accessed
  • Completion certificate or attendance report has been issued
  • Courses purchased during a flash sale or deep-discount promotion

3. How to Submit a Refund Request

Submitting a refund request is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps:

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved by our finance team, the timeline to see the funds in your account depends on your payment method:

  • 💳 Credit / Debit Card: 7 to 14 business days, depending on your card-issuing bank's processing schedule.
  • 🏦 Bank Transfer: 5 to 10 business days after the refund confirmation is sent to you via email.
  • 📲 E-Wallet / Fawry / Vodafone Cash: 3 to 7 business days once the refund is approved and initiated.

5. Special Cases & Exceptions

The following circumstances are handled on a case-by-case basis by our support team:

  • Technical Failure: If you were unable to access course content due to a confirmed platform or server error, you will be entitled to a full refund or course credit, regardless of the 14-day window.
  • Course Cancellation by Academy: In the rare event that we cancel a scheduled live course, all enrolled students will receive a 100% refund automatically within 5 business days.
  • Medical or Emergency Circumstances: Evaluated compassionately and handled with discretion by management.
